I had the absolute pleasure of providing live event engraving services for an exclusive gathering hosted by Brown-Forman and Island Distributing. The event took place at the Ko‘olau Ballroom in Kāneʻohe, tucked away on a highland plateau surrounded by tropical greenery and the dramatic backdrop of the Ko‘olau mountain range.

Alongside a wonderful evening of dinner and dancing, guests were treated to an interactive, high-touch brand experience. I set up an on-site engraving station where I personalized keepsake glass cups for each attendee in real-time.

The Event Impact: A Premium Interactive Highlight

Each custom glass personalization took just 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the process to double as live event entertainment. Guests loved gathering around the station to watch their names etched into the glass using a specialized precision drill, while others chose to mingle and pick up their finished custom pieces before the night ended.
