Live Event Hot Foiling in Hawaii: Corporate Brand Activation for Hello Heart

We love an experiential marketing activation that stops people in their tracks! At a recent corporate conference, the line for our personalized gifting booth was quite literally wrapping around the corner.

The Live Experience

Over a fast-paced two days, I partnered with Hello Heart as their live event artist for the Employee Benefits Conference held at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. To create a memorable, high-touch experience for attendees, we offered live hot foil calligraphy and on-site personalization on premium leather luggage tags.

Each guest selected a custom phrase, their name, or their initials, which I hand-foiled in gold on the spot. Because the custom calligraphy process takes less than a minute per piece, guests stayed to watch the artistry happen in real time.

The Event Impact

Word spread like wildfire through the convention hall, making our booth the hotspot of the event:

• Day 1: 140 custom leather luggage tags personalized

• Day 2: 193 tags handcrafted

• Total: 333 pieces (which completely cleared out our inventory!)
