When clean beauty brand OSEA Malibu hosted their "Glam Up Day" at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, they wanted an in-store activation that celebrated their brand. As a live event artist in Hawaii specializing in engraving and custom painting, I delivered on-site product personalization for their guests
The Event: Ocean-Inspired Pampering
The atmosphere was beachy from start to finish as OSEA treated guests to a high-touch sensory experience. Shoppers got the rare chance to meet Jenefer Palmer, OSEA’s founder, and learn the story behind their coastal skincare line firsthand. Attendees also scored 20% off all products alongside a custom OSEA keychain paired with their cult-favorite Hyaluronic Lip Oil. To top it off, pampering stations featuring mini facials, hand massages, and a fresh juice cart kept the energy high throughout the entire shop.
The Activation: Custom Painting on Best-Selling Skincare
My station focused on painting OSEA’s best-seller: the Undaria Algae Body Oil. Guests had the choice of having their name etched into the frosted glass bottle or picked from 4 hand-painted coastal motifs:
