The Ultimate Graduation Party Favors: Live Leather Foiling at The Bay at Dole Cannery

As we all know, grad season is huge in Hawaii, so we had to make this one extra special. For a recent celebration at The Bay at Dole Cannery, we moved away from traditional party favors and brought an interactive experience directly to the guests… live hot foiling on leather luggage tags!

The Experience: Live Hot Foil Stamping on Oahu

When guests arrived to the venue, they placed an order for a luggage tag with their choice of initials or name, then headed off to enjoy the party or stayed to watch the hot foiling process.

While they were celebrating Emi Paige, I went to work on the hot foiling. Using a heated pen, I personalized each leather tag on-site, melting the metallic foil into the grain of the leather. The process took about 90 seconds to complete and guests were able to take it with them before leaving the party.

As a Hawaii artist and live event vendor, my goal is always to make sure your guests feel special and appreciated!
